We utilise the best, fresh local seafood purchased daily from our local fish suppliers. This is the fish that makes it on to our daily changing menus.
Local speciality fish includes, blue eye trevalla, flathead, stripey trumpeter, Huon Atlantic salmon, mirror
and king dory, boarfish, oysters, crayfish, Bruny Island oysters, scallops, mussels, Pirates Bay octopus and local calamari.
Blue Eye offers relaxed casual dining that includes table service. We are family friendly with great kids’ menus. Want to chill out at home? Our food is also available to take away.

Our wine list showcase some of Tasmania’s best wines. For the beer lover we stock a range of beers from Tasmanian boutique breweries. We are fully licensed but welcome BYO (bottled wine only).
